The Sunshine Coast continues to lead the pack

Family enjoying Breeze Over the last few years the Sunshine Coast property market has strengthened even further. Queensland government projections suggest this growth may average 2.5% per annum for the next 20 years — the equivalent of 9,185 new residents moving to the Sunshine Coast each year.

Furthermore, the number of 'holiday makers' to the Sunshine Coast has increased by 13% to a total of 2.07 million — as at July 2007* .

Sustained population growth, a buoyant economy and strong tourism numbers will see property prices and rental returns on the Sunshine Coast continue to increase.
